Day 1:
Arrive Myanmar
Arrive
Yangon by a morning or mid-day flight. Our
guide will welcome you at the airport and
take you to the hotel. The afternoon tour of
Yangon city includes Chauk Htatgyi, a
colossal reclining Buddha; Karaweik Hall (a
Royal Barge) on the Royal Lake (Kandawgyi);
China town and the Shwe Dagon Pagoda.
Overnight in Yangon.

Day 2:
Yangon – Nyaung Oo – Bagan
Transfer
to Yangon airport for early morning Nyaung
Oo flight. Morning tour starts with Nyaung
Oo market; Shwezigon Pagoda built by King
Anawratha in the early 11th century;
Kyansittha Umin with the 12th century mural
paintings; and Gubyaukkyi Temple (at Wetkyi
Inn), a temple with exquisite murals of
Jataka scenes. Then, check in at the hotel.
Afternoon tour continues with Tharaba Gate,
a city gate with two spiritual guardians;
Ananda Temple noted for its unique and
perfect architecture; just next to Ananda is
Ananda Okkyaung, a surviving brick monastery
from the early Bagan period. Thatbyinnyu
Temple, the highest temple in Bagan; and
Lawkanana Pagoda to watch a sunset.

Day 3:
Bagan – Nyaung Oo – Mandalay
After
breakfast, leave for Nyaung Oo airport for a
flight to Mandalay. On arrival at Tada-Oo
International Airport, proceed to the famous
Mahamuni Pagoda, one of the most revered
Buddha Images in Mandalay. Then a short
visit to Gold-leaf beating workshop and
stone carving workshop. Check-in at hotel.
After lunch, starts the Mandalay afternoon
sightseeing with Shwe Nandaw Monastery,
noted for its exquisite wood carvings;
Kuthodaw Pagoda, known as the World’s
Biggest Book for its 729 stone slabs of
Buddhist scriptures. Tour ends at Mandalay
Hill, which offer a panoramic view of the
city and a spectacular sunset view.

Day 4:
Mandalay – Mingun – Mandalay
Depart
Mandalay on a private boat along the
Ayeyarwady River to visit Mingun, a village
on the west bank of the river (11 km about 1
hr boat trip). Tour highlights include the
largest unfinished Pahto Dawgyi Pagoda;
Mingun bell, probably the largest uncracked
ringing bell in the world which weighs 90
tons and Mya Theintan Pagoda with seven
concentric terraces at the base. Back to
Mandalay. Afternoon tour continues with
Zaycho Market, and traditional woodcarving,
weaving, and tapestry workshop. Overnight
in Mandalay.

Day 5:
Mandalay – Heho – Inle
After
breakfast, direct transfer to the airport
for a flight to Heho. Upon arrival at Heho,
proceed by road to Nyaung Shwe where Inle
Lake is situated. Check in at hotel. After
lunch, leave by long boat with outboard
motor to the Nga Phe Kyaung monastery (known
as the Jumping cat monastery) Observe the
centuries’ old Buddha images and pedestals.
On
the way, observe the leg rowers and the
vegetation fields grown on the floating
islands. At Inn Paw Khon, study the
traditional weaving workshop producing
cotton, silk, and Shan bag. Proceed to
Phaung Daw Oo pagoda, the most famous pagoda
in the Southern Shan State.
Overnight in Inle.

Day 6:
Inle – Heho – Yangon
After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
Leave Inle for Heho airport. Fly back to
Yangon. After lunch, visit the Kaba Aye
Pagoda; the Lawka Chantha Abaya Laba Muni,
the world’s largest marble image of Buddha.
Overnight in Yangon.

Day 7:
Leave Myanmar
After breakfast, Visit Bogyoke market in the
morning. Check out from the hotel. Transfer
to the Yangon International Airport for
departure.
